Monday – Thursday 6am – 9pm
Friday 6am – 8pm
Saturday 8am – 1pm
Sunday 9am – 1pm
If you would like to come in after these hours a 24 hour membership is required.

The 12 Week Biggest Loser Challenge is on again!
We are now taking sign ups for our next challenge which will be commencing at the end of August.
It is $99.00 for members or $240.00 for non-members, this includes 12 weeks access to the ladies and mixed gym, group fitness classes, meal plan, health assessment, program start and re-assessments, as well as weekly weigh-ins and weekly boot camps.
Whether your goal is to lose weight, tone up, or to just wake up with more energy this challenge will help motivate you in the right direction for achieving all of your health and fitness goals.

This high energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. Set to inspiring, high energy tunes, you’ll be challenged but have fun at the same time!
